A couple weeks ago members of this local and thousands of other Missourians trekked to the capitol in Jefferson City to protest the redistricting of congressional maps and a process that makes it harder for citizens to put legislation on the ballot. Unfortunately, the day after the Republican Representatives and Senators passed these unpopular bills.
