Striking John Deere workers are furious about the company’s contract offer which would give them only a $2-3 raise over 3 years. Deere’s CEO made $15.6 million in 2020 — a 160% raise. The UAW members at John Deere are on strike for the first time since 1986. It’s the largest private-sector strike in 2 years.
