For the 2015 model year, after ceding the midsize truck segment to Toyota and Nissan for three years, Chevy re-entered the market with a truck that outclassed its aging competition so significantly it handily\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.motortrend.com\/news\/2015-chevrolet-colorado-is-the-motor-trend-truck-of-the-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">won our Golden Calipers<\/a>. For 2023, Chevrolet rolled out an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.motortrend.com\/reviews\/2023-chevrolet-colorado-first-drive-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">all-new Colorado<\/a>, but its launch timing meant it just missed last year&#8217;s competition. In the interim, the brand subsequently rolled out the stunning\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.motortrend.com\/reviews\/2023-chevrolet-colorado-zr2-first-drive-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">off-road-race-ready ZR2<\/a>\u00a0and announced a forthcoming range-topping\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.motortrend.com\/news\/2024-chevrolet-colorado-zr2-bison-first-look-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ZR2 Bison edition<\/a>.
