Gen Z wants the works at work: a\u00a0casual dress code<\/a>,\u00a0pet-friendly offices<\/a>, and a paycheck every day.<\/p>\n

The majority (61%) of Gen Zers would like their employer to provide the option for a daily wage payment, according to a recent report from the\u00a0Center for Generational Kinetics<\/a>\u00a0(CGK).\u00a0As the first generation to come of age in a time when daily paychecks are possible, per CGK, it makes sense that Gen Z would want immediate access to their wages.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Let’s do a little math and put the cash on the table.\u00a0 A temporary worker earning $16.67 an hour working a Saturday (1.5 rate) would make $25.00 an hour.\u00a0 Let’s count on working 9 hours tonight so let’s multiply the $25.00 x 9 hours = $225.00.\u00a0 Under the new program workers would clock out and within a few minutes that $225.00 would be deposited in the workers account.<\/p>\n
