Here are some other differences between union and nonunion compensation:
- Wages: Union workers earn 11.2% higher wages than nonunion workers on average.
- Benefits: 96% of union workers have employer-provided health insurance, compared to 69% of nonunion workers.
- Wage increases: Union workers receive larger wage increases than nonunion workers.
