IUAW Election: TPT’s Can Vote!
Now! is the time to complete your mail-in ballot and get it in the mail!
BALLOT DEADLINE
As an initial matter, please advise your members that their ballots must be received by November 28, 2022,
at 4 pm ET, so they should immediately return their ballots or, if they have not received a ballot, they should
go to www.uawvote.com or call 855-433-8683 to request one immediately.TPT WORKERS
It has come to the Monitor’s attention that there may be some confusion about the eligibility of Temporary
Part Time (TPT) workers to vote in this Election. If you have TPT members in your Local Union, please make
sure that they are aware that they are eligible to vote in this election if they meet the definition of
membership contained in Article 6, Section 2 of the UAW Constitution and are in good standing with the
Union as of October 31, 2022 at 5 p.m. ET. There is no Election Rule otherwise preventing TPT workers
from voting. As described below, please make sure the information regarding TPT workers—along with all
members—is up-to-date on LUIS, and that they have received or requested a ballot
