From Veterans Committee Chairman Ron Lane…
Great News!!
I was just notified that the 26 boxes of military essentials that members of our Veterans Committee packed and shipped out on March 21st and 22nd, to our UAW Local 2250 brother and his unit, arrived TODAY!! They are currently deployed to Eastern Europe supporting Ukraine.
They even sent a close up picture of one of the boxes with a cover sheet labeled This package is from UAW Local 2250 – Wentzville, MO taped to it. The UAW wheel is also included on the cover sheet. We placed one of those in each one of those boxes.
The shipment of these military essentials was all made possible by the generous donations and efforts of our UAW Local 2250 membership, Beth Burton, area Realtor Associations, area Girl Scout Troops, and other local businesses. It was truly a community effort!
They sent a HUGE THANKS to ALL of US!
