Message From Retiree President Robin Crouch
UAW Local 2250 Retiree President Robin Crouch would like to share a message with the membership…
First, I would like to apologize for not posting the meeting notice. We did have a meeting Wednesday the 8th. The reason I canceled the meeting in January was due to the virus and some members on the E-board were sick, so I thought for the best of everyone it would be best to cancel.
In the meeting we will have a St, Patrick’s dinner at next months meeting in March, There will be a $5 charge for everyone so if would like to attend please call the hall, The cut-off date will be February 18th.
There was a motion passed that we bring chicken every month at our meetings, so that will start in May, I would remind everyone you still need to bring in a side dish or dessertif you want to eat. We will try this on a trial basis and see how it works.
I would like to thank everyone for attending our Christmas dinner, I think it was the best dinner we had. We gave some nice gifts and money. A special thanks goes to those that worked to make this event a success – Dennis, Reyes, Dallas, Larry, Becky, Barb, JImmy and to those who serve the desserts. Also to KIM and Shaun who went out of their way to help make or dinner a huge success, thanks again.
